Hi, I am Jonathan
I'm a Photographer, Videographer and Motion Graphics Artist from Southern Germany.
My Creative Journey began in the beginning of 2014 as a self taught Graphic Designer. I worked mostly for my former Employee and a publisher and made Newspapers, Ads and Catalogs. My favourite work back then were the Newspapers I did for a local BigBand I still photograph for.
In 2015 a few Friends and I started a Music-Event-Series near Stuttgart and I started filming at the Partys. Since the Event-Filmmaking wasn't enough for me, in 2016 my Journey continued at the SAE Institute in Stuttgart, a film School where I learned all the techniques needed for me, starting in the Cinema-World.
In the next two years I was taught all the Movie Basics, alongside my studies I did many free Projects, Student-Films and commercial Work. Of course many Event-Movies followed.
After SAE finished I started working at the Campus to teach the next Generation of Students alongside freelancing on bigger Projects, the biggest so far a German feature film from the Filmakademie Baden-Württemberg, wich is one of the most renowned Film-Schools in the German-speaking Region.
In 2020 I've gone the next step to full-time working at a commercial-film Agency, where I self-taught the art of Motion Graphics. Since then I did quite a few Motion Graphics Projects, and also started with VFX and 3D in Cinema4D and Unreal Engine.
With over 30 free Projects and over 50 Projects at the Agency, every day I try to learn something new for the journey to creating mind-blowing content for brands and people I care about.
